Girls Gymnastics - Summer Session
Our Summer program is an 8 week program that is designed for the family that enjoys their summer months! The way it works is we charge you for 6 classes, but we are here and available all 8 weeks of summer. This allows families to miss a class or two to go on vacation or camp and not have to feel bad about paying for a class they did not attend. Classes run from July 9th - August 29th.
Our Recreational Girls program is designed to teach new and experienced gymnasts the skills and strength needed to move forward in their gymnastics career. Our Beginner Class consists of beginner skills including forward rolls, straight, tuck, and straddle jumps, and pullover on bars. We also teach the gymnasts cartwheels, handstands, and backward rolls. Our Intermediate Class will teach Back Hip Circles and Pullovers on Bars, Handstand and basic jumps on the Beam, a focus on gymnastics shapes and much more. Our Advanced Class will prepare the girls to move up to Pre-Team and join the Competitive Team.
